So what Is the Experiential Learning Methodology?
It is a method of educating through first-hand experience where skills and knowledge are gained outside of the traditional academic classroom. The concept of experiential learning was developed by education theorist David A. Kolb, and is based on the idea that learning is a process where knowledge is shaped through transformation of experience.
